Partnering with NBRE is easy! All of our Housing Partners are with NBRE because of the excellent work we do. You know this because our partnership can be ended for any reason with a 30-day notice!

We are committed to transparent and honest pricing while giving you the flexibility to adapt to our industry-leading service.
Solid Communication
We will return all communications from you within two (2) business days, even if it’s only a text or email stating, “We got your message and we'll respond shortly.” You won’t be wondering if anyone will ever get back to you.
Real Inspections
Documented Inspections! We send you a detailed report through your Owner Portal. These are real interior inspections. You can verify, not just empty promises.
Quality Maintenance and Vendors
You don’t want to be a slumlord and NBRE won’t turn you into one. We will perform quality maintenance and use materials that maintain or increase the market rate of your home.
Timely Rent Deposits
We initiate deposits to our Owners on Thursdays. If Thursday falls on a holiday, it may be delayed until the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days to clear.

Easy to understand, accurate, and on time to help you understand your investment. Because ultimately, numbers do matter.
Place a Qualified Resident Quickly
On average we find a qualified resident within four weeks in a normal rental market and priced at NBRE recommended rental value, being NBRE Standard of Excellence, Rent Ready and fully accessible.
